Synchronising Audio with Pictures

Macromedia Flash fully supports the synchronsation of audio with picture. This is important in many applications. The major problem, though, is the amount of bandwidth required for delivering high-quality audio. Luckily, Flash allows different versions of the MP-3 delivery. The following one is 24kbps, and is over 600KB in size. Flash delivers the audio in a streaming format, and thus it does not have to download the whole movie before it starts:
